Bij Punto Huntu betaal je alleen voor resultaat. We hanteren één helder tarief en een eerlijke betalingsstructuur:

💼 Geen match = geen kosten

Komt het niet tot een samenwerking of stopt de kandidaat vóór de start? Dan betaal je niets.

⏳ Betaling in 2 fasen

Onze vaste fee (1 bruto maandsalaris) wordt als volgt verdeeld:

1. 50% bij de start van de kandidaat

2. 50% na succesvolle afronding van de proeftijd (maximaal 1 maand)

Wordt de samenwerking tijdens de proeftijd beëindigd? Dan vervalt het tweede deel van de betaling.

💡 Let op: extra diensten worden altijd gefactureerd

Diensten zoals assessments, loopbaancoaching of persoonlijkheidsprofielen worden apart geleverd en gefactureerd. Deze kosten staan los van de plaatsing en worden niet terugbetaald, ook als er geen uiteindelijke match is.

At Punto Huntu, you only pay for results. We work with one clear fee and a fair payment structure:

If the candidate does not start or the collaboration ends before the placement begins, you pay nothing.

⏳ Payment in 2 phases

Our fixed fee (1 gross monthly salary) is split as follows:

• 50% at the candidate's start date

• 50% after successful completion of the probation period (max. 1 month)

If the collaboration ends during the probation period, the second part of the fee is not charged.

💡 Note: additional services are always invoiced

Services such as assessments, career coaching or personality profiling are provided and invoiced separately.
These costs are non-refundable, even if the placement does not result in a long-term hire.
