Bij Punto Huntu werken we met een helder en eerlijk prijsmodel. Zo weet je precies waar je aan toe bent – geen verrassingen, geen verborgen kosten.

✅ Basisvergoeding

Voor elke succesvolle plaatsing rekenen wij een standaard fee van:
➡️ 1 bruto maandsalaris van de geplaatste kandidaat.

Deze vergoeding is inclusief:

• Selectie en screening op persoonlijkheid, capaciteiten en functie-eisen

• Verificatie van diploma's en ervaring

• Begeleiding tijdens het matchproces

• Kosteloos voorstellen van geschikte kandidaten

• Geen match = geen kosten

🔍 Uitbreidingen op maat (optioneel)

Wil u extra zekerheid of ondersteuning? Dan kan u het traject uitbreiden met:

• Persoonlijkheidsprofiel + XCG 495

• Uitgebreid assessment + XCG 750

• Loopbaancoaching kandidaat vanaf XCG 295

We overleggen altijd vooraf over het tarief – transparant en afgestemd op jouw wensen.

We geloven dat een goede match zichzelf terugbetaalt. Door te werken met 1 maandsalaris als richtlijn, blijft de investering overzichtelijk en in verhouding tot de waarde die een duurzame plaatsing oplevert.

For each successful placement, we charge a flat fee of:
➡️ 1 gross monthly salary of the placed candidate.

This fee includes:

• Selection and screening based on personality, capabilities, and job requirements

• Verification of diplomas and experience

• Guidance throughout the matching process

• Free introduction of suitable candidates

• No match = no fee

🔍 Optional Add-ons

Would you like extra insight or support? You can extend the process with:

• Personality profile – + XCG 495

• In-depth assessment – + XCG 750

• Career coaching for the candidate – starting at XCG 295
